Who wants to start the 30 Day Shred with me on Monday May 2e

I just got my DVD of 30 day shred and I'm going to start it on Monday. I'm hoping that some of you will join me in this. I could use all the support I can get. I've never been very good at keeping with workouts.

Best of luck! I started the Shred 9 days ago, it's definitely a good workout! I was going to wait and measure my progress after the 30 days but my curiosity got the best of me and I measured a thigh tonight and have already lost 1/4 inch, so I am very excited!! I also do atleast 30 - 45 minutes about 6 days a week on the treadmill jogging and walking, but the Shred definitely has helped jumpstart my fitness! Stay with it and you will see results! Feel free to add me, even though I've already started the Shred. The more support we all have, the better!!0

I was going to start it on Sunday, but I think it would be better for me to start it on Monday. So, I am down with supporting you. I had done it before, but want to do it again. Let's do this!0

I might need to modify it to my accomidate my aching back but doing something is better then nothing. Friend me if you want some one to keep acountable with.

I will join you too! I saw this post and went out and got a copy so I could lol! I am going to start Sunday instead of monday (mentally I just can't start a workout plan or diet plan on a Monday - too much "monday" is too much to handle )0

I will join as well. I have done level one before, but never made it past that(Jillian scares me even on DVD). I enjoy the workout and always feel the burn so I think it will be great to log workout s as a group! Monday works for me, I will do it all weekdays with weekends off.0

That's what I'm going to do. Weekdays and weekends off. That's why I wanted to start on a Monday so that way I have 5 days insted of the 1 day of when I got it. It's great that you're all doing this with me. Thank you so much.0

Im in, had the dvd for couple of weeks but being easter n kids home i havent started it, my daughter wants to do it too so will start monday0

I'm in too....If I can finish this video I'm going to reward myself and buy either Insanity or P90X....I want one of them but I know I don't have the motivation yet...Hopefully doing this will get me there!0

I just did level one day six today (I was supposed to do this one yesterday, but whimped out and did Zumba instead). I can't say it's getting all that much easier. The jumping jacks are killing me!

I just completed L1D1 and burnt 196 calories. Wasn't as hard as I'd expected but I'd been doing strength/cardio/abs combinations for the last week. I don't want to lose too much more weight but am hoping to gain cardio fitness and strength.0 -
