You did much better than I did today...two snickers, Lay's baked and original chips and a lollipop. :sad: And I didn't even exercise. :ohwell: But tomorrow I'm getting back up on that wagon and keep on keepin' on.

And water...don't forget good ole H2O. I used to feel hungry alot before I started MFP. I realized later that I was acutally more thirsty than I was hungry.

Ok, about two weeks ago I was getting my three year old ready for bed and it just so happens she was walking behind me. She stops for a minute and I turn around and ask " what's wrong?" Sounds like you've got a good workout coming up tommorrow!! Add up how many calories of the macaroni and cheese you want to eat today BEFORE YOU EAT / FIX IT and see if it'll jeopardize your workout this morning. Then adjust your serving size accordingly and allow yourself a little mac and cheese heaven before the big day…
