So before you put that junk in your mouth, think, how much time do I need to workout to earn this and this and this? I'd like to see the calories I burn in strength training. Maybe a better format would be nice as I rarely do so many sets at such a weight for so many reps. I actually strength train so I usually do up sets and down sets with different weight and reps. How about it MFP, any chance something more defined possible?…

New myself, I'm tired of carrying the extra weight I put on 10 years ago - it's going to come off whether I like it or not :cry: I'm hoping this site will help me achieve my goal, seems to have so far.
