You need more fresh fruits and veggies. 5-8 servings per day. You're also eating a lot of crap... McDs, Chinese take out, pizza, sugary coffee drinks... get rid of the processed foods.

Kefir is really similar to yogurt. This is how I use it in a protein shake: 1/2 cup or 1 cup kefir (depending how thick you prefer) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 cup frozen fruit 1/2 banana 2 cups of spinach Delish!

Just like any other fad diet... this diet reduces and restricts calories in an unhealthy way. At first you will lose weight but it will be water weight and lean muscle. Bad news bears!

I usually weigh mine with the peel too. I figure the peel doesn't weigh too much, therefore it won't skew my measurement too much.

I agree. It definitely isn't the best place to meet Mr. Right. I've tried POF too, it's almost as bad as the clubs.

Shaycarl is definately one of my biggest inspirations! In addition to losing over 100lbs, he also just ran the LA marathon in under 4 hours!
