i log everyday. i restarted Jan 1 and have been logging every day since. so when dec 31st comes my statuss can say that i have logged in for 365days. so far so good. and my diary is open as well. i dont really see a reason to close it.

thats true. i think i will try to do week 1 day 3 and if i am ok with it, i will continue with week 3, if not. i will go back to week 2. Thanks!

10! big improvement for me. inital test was 3! edit to add: i am not sure if i should repeat week 2 though, since my exhaustion test results were less than 16

"new rules of weight lifting for women" is a great book with lots of great advice that you might want to check out! haven't gotten around to reading it myself but i have heard a lot of good things!

Week 2 Day 2 5 6 4 4 8 my form is getting much better!!

after the first day i was super sore. arms, pecs, abs. it was crazy. but now i only feel sore, right after and then by the next morning ( i do my pushups before bed) i am fine. i feel like i don't need the day in between either, but i rest anyways just in case.

I feel the same way. I am not able to respond to everyone's posts. But I do enjoy reading them. Sometimes I do feel bad about not replying to everyone.

nope. even my immediate family has no idea i use mfp. pretty much the same reason as other people. i am not hiding it, but at the same time i pretty much keep it to myself. a couple of my friends have signed up with mfp but dont really do much with it. even if they did i would prefer not to be friends with them, once again…

yes!! i am trying so hard not to do day 2 already! i actually was doing my 1st set of day 2 when i remembered that i am supposed to take a break today. its almost kind of addicting, especially since i am feeling sore, so i know its working!

pretty much what she said. diets are temporary. but you want to make changes in your lifestyle so you can be able to carry on the good habits throughout life and maintain the results. i have been in your situation and what has helped me is to take one day at a time. it makes it a lot easier, personally.
