It might help to make a grocery list using the same ingredients for different meals within the same week. Personally, I love leftovers and that helps in a household of only 2 :wink: I think the more you start making dinners that he enjoys, the more items he will "allow" on hand. (I hope there's not an underlying issue here…

Thanks guys! Seems like my initial thoughts were spot on. Gonna start with Warrior Dash, then progress to Tough Mudder. I think I could sustain the obstacles, but am not a good long distance runner.... Running has never been my "thing"....even growing up I would ride my bike alongside my dad while he would run long…

One of my new favorites is 1 tablespoon Nutella atop a rice cake. :tongue: I also like almonds with an orange or cottage cheese w/ peaches(in light syrup, of course). It's good to mix it up a bit so you don't get bored. There's a lot of good suggestions already! Enjoy :drinker:

I'm the same way! I take a glass of water to my nightstand each night so I wake up and drink that first thing. Then, I drink at least 2 more before breakfast or coffee. I always have a bottle with me or in front of me :wink: I easily reach 10 glasses a day, everyday! Hope this helps :flowerforyou:

It's a very thin pastry sheet. This was actually my first time using it and was a little nervous, but it turned out wonderful. The package I bought, yes in America :wink: , was Athens fillo dough.
