I agree with ann about weighting but dont be pressured if you dont lose any in a week as you could do better the following week the body will lose it when its ready but dont give up you can do it

hi there well you have done the hard work now but when your running all you want to do is run not talk you want to finish the run at the best time you can do and then next time try and beat that so dont worry just do your runs

hi there well you will love running but first see your doctor to make sure you are ok to do it then like me and others have done do the couch to 5k program its great and build you up to it so have fun and enjoy and you could look at the parkrun website they have 5k runs every saturday and might be one near you

hi there well I used them 2 years ago and yes they work but when you stop the weight just comes back and more the taste is great but the cost could be better but after I started putting the weight back on I then looked at what I was eating and worked around that and the weight came off and did so and now do running/jogging…

when I go running I have an armband I can put my phone in and my keys I have a bag/pack around the waist and that sets me up for my run

running or jogging it dont matter to me as long as I am moving who cares as long as I am not in the way of others out running

I have to ask but when she joined up did she know it was a gym and not a new form of sweetshop were the only thing you move is your are with the choc bar and your mouth to eat it.

you could try fitbit they have a sleeve you wear when you go to bed and it checks how many time you wake up ect have a look at there website

as long as your trying thats what counts I do the 5k parkruns at 9am on saturdays and havd done a few of them and would like to do a half marathon but not sure if I could do it but will attempt it soon

I to love running but have been doing it for a year now and I to would recommend the c25k program and if you look up parkrun they do 5k runs on a saturday at 9am and you run at your own pace and work up to beating your last time have a look and see what you think

I know waht you mean about the gym after the christmas but I have to admit I was one of them but if you can stick with it even when its not going your way you can do it

hi there. well its not easy when your first starting as your body needs what it wants and somtimes when you done and it makes you want more and more I would say just try cutting it back a bit at a time that way you dont notice to change at first and take it from there are you doing any workout I like to do walking as well…

I have done weight watchers and tthey both work but I find that on here you get more support and motivation than ww and in the first few weeks you will lose thet weight then when your body settles down it willl be slower in some cases so dont feel let down if your not losing it sa fast as before
