that is not obese that is a normal child and how stupid and mean for them to say that and at 4 years she is still growing and will grow up ok without been labled like that have they got nothing better to go and do

I do it once a week but have been known to do it on other days depends on how I feel but always weigh first thing in morning when you wake up

what I would say is keep off the drugs and drink and come back down to earth and thats not been nasty but we are in the real world and if its going to happen then so be it as I would not want to know when the would will end as that is the worst part of the waiting so please get a life enjoy it as you cannot turn back lost…

I have the dreaded shin splints and went to the doctors and was told to take painkillers and most of all plenty of rest its been near a week now and feel better but still at times feel a slight pain not sure if its to do with shin but its hit and mis but will be glad to get back to running

before you think about a leg brace go see your doctor as I was getting leg pain when I run and the doctor says its shin splints so have to take pills and cream for my leg but at the most it will be only for 4 weeks or less

why now I would be asking and is there someone else as it dont make any sence to breakup I think your better off without the hassle and heartbreak in time

tell your friend to stick with it as there are times when it might not come off as quick as you had wanted but your doing well and she might just change her mind

well done on your first run I do the parkrun 5k most saturdays and love it but there are times it get me down when I get shin splints and it slows me right down but dont give up you are doing so so well

I use it but its not accurate on your run as on one of them it said i ran across a pond/river but I also use sports tracker at the same time so get to use both

I would give it one more chance sit down together and if you cannot agree to things then you need to say what you feel should happen and again if that fails then tell him its over

hi there . well its ok sticking to a new diet/lifestyle but we all need times to chill out and be a devil and then we get back on track you will lose it but it depends on how your body burns the cals

your doing the right thing and tell him that one that it will catch up with him as it did with me I could eat any and everthink and not put on weight but in later life if was there but what I should say is that I let it get that way and not do any think about it so now I am but hope he can see your doing it right

I would recommend that you have a word with the staff at the gym and they can advise you better and it would be so easy for me to say use thease types but staff at the gym could off you better choices and ones that you might like even more

I have to agree with basil in starting slow and what I would add to it is did you seek advise from your doctor as they some times are the best at to health wise but start off slow and build up to it

you can have chocolate as long as you dont eat the whole bar or every day remember that this is a diet/lifestye change and if you done ad verity to it then you will lose interest and go backe to eating lots again

well this might sound daft but when you go to the gym why not ask one of the trainers or instructors for advise as that is why they are there and you never know you might like what you do

frome what you have said I think you will do very well as you done the trainning but like said run at a pace you are comfortable at and enjoy the day and good luck you will do well

you should not feel bador shy about your class it is normal and when you are in the group you will lose your shyness and feel at home so do go and have fun trust me you can do it
