  • I log them all good and bad they way it shows me were or what days/times I go over my limit but we all have our bad days and we learn from that so dont feel bad just keep logging and carry on

  • hi rob. your so right about putting down what you do all day instead of just making it up even if you have a bad day just put it down and then you can see what days were bad and likewise when good but even if you have a very very bad day we dont judge you but motivate you back so well done for your wonderfull topic.
  • I use sports tracker it cover every think I do from running to how many cal's burned and steps taken and if I add a heart rate monitor it covers that as well for me its the best app I have used

  • I use slimfast shakes and if like you cannot have one at lunch then have one at breakfast then a normal meal for lunch and then a shake for tea that way you get the best of both. good luck and hope this is of some help

  • this is great if your new to running and a nice way to start I compleated this about 3 months ago but at times I go back to parts of it and now do running most saturdays doing a 5k run in the park with others at parkrun have a look at there site and see if you want to or are ready the web site is called parkrun but have fun
