  • I dont know if it will be of any help to you but I use sports tracker HRM and its now wireless like most have on here it uses bluetooth so it dont interfer with any of the gym equipment or any other HRM's but have to say they are worth the cost and only wish I had got my one early ut good luch and keep up the good work

  • I can do 500 cals in such a short time on the treadmill at 5mph and with an incline of 15.00 and the cal's just mount up and if you pick the right things you can do it as I have done much more than that but I do puch my self to the limit

  • I am 5ft 11in and have been told by my doctor that my weight should be 12st 10lbs but my trainer says its 13st but what I have done is go for the trainers setting then if I can lower it I will but its not easy to give a proper weight for your age and hight as they all have different views, hope this might be of help to you
  • I have to agree with isjett1 as I have had my HRM for about 3 or 4 weeks and it has improved my fittness and yes you can use it all the time and you will find that you burn more than you would at the gym so have a great time when you use it
