you have to be strong minded but you are allowed to have a day or two to treat yourself otherwise you lose the will to do and keep it up but if your going to have days like that then you are setting yourself up to fail all the time try making your food list for the day and stick to it if you feel the need to fill your face…

I do both running in the gym and outside but find outside running is better as you stay cooler longer and you dont end up looking at the walls or TV so I have to say its outside for me most of the time even when cold as you soon warm up but dont like it when its raining or snow arrrrrrrrr then its inside hope this helps you

I had them and yes they do work but you spend more time in the toilet and you dont feel so good and a shed load more problems so stopped taking them and started using slimfast much safer and easy to keep going and with joining the gym helped me get there

hi there. well like we have all said it takes time to loss weight but I will say that as I did not notice it my face was getting thinner but the belly stayed the same for a while so yes in my case the face went thinner first but everyone is different so dont worry:blushing: :smooched:

thank you all for your kind comments and as I put on weight over the weekend and having spent some time in the gym today I have just weighed myself and I am not 13st 07lbs so 5lbs is very good for me and will be back there tomorrow but dont expect the same lose but it all helps so again to all the replied thank you steve
