  • I tend to use the treadmill at 5mph and at incline set to high and you will see the cals just burning the if you can try some weights but weights you feel comfortable with to start.

  • I try for 5 days but have a set dead line of 3 days weekends I just do a short walk then as weekend are vety busy more so when on nightshift doing 12 hours so need to sleep then
