Hi... This happens to me which is why I spent my first week checking weight a number of times a day to find my sweet spot. Then i'm going to TRY to only weigh weekly. Just a small example - this morning after wake up 194 then after my shower I was 195. I can fluctuate up to 5 lbs in a day.. hour... weigh in.

Quaker instant oatmeal and coffee with lite creamate/splenda. Not the most exciting but 169 calories. Saving up for special dinner today.

I'm a Nespresso girl her. Dig the black, purple and green lungo capsules.. Two capsules made like doubles (lungo) are like a good homemade Americano! ... espresso black and Americano or dark roast with skim and splenda. Also prefer Starbucks for coffee on the outside. Theres a place near me and I used to get blacked chicken and shrimp salad. I'm good with just vinegar (balsamic preferred) but we all have different taste. If you know any restaurants names.. look them up. Look up menus. Their are so many sites now with that stuff. Find some options you CAN have. That you want to have that…

Fascinating thread.. We are all so different!!! When I did Atkins/workouts religiously and was strong and healthy and wearing a comfortable size 10, I felt good in my own skin. At that time, I was bouncing between 160-165. That being said.. weight doesn't matter to me as much as the first part.... feeling good in my own…

My weight/water REALLY fluctuates daily. Sometimes almost 5lbs in a day. It makes me crazy! Thats why I need to weigh once weekly at the same time of day. I can get a true baseline of my weight that way only.

I am most hungry in the evenings so I try to keep enough calories for dinner and a snack so I keep under 400 for breakfast (trying for under 300 most days). I'm often starving at lunch time but I found it is easier for me to avoid food at work instead of at home..

Spicy tex-mex chicken soup. I sometimes add a small minute rice to a serving. It's filling and has good healthy calories. My big batch has about 5 servings.. I can have for lunch or dinner.

Do you have Netflix? Some cool exercise options on instant .. I like the 10 minute ones so you can get healthy bursts in when the timing works.
