I am currently a size 18 and would be very happy becomming a toned, fit size 10. I love my curves, just want to keep them in the clothes... not spilling out! :wink:

Not too worried either. Counting it as a cheat day. With alot of fruits and veggies to snack on! My little man turned 3 last November. Enjoy and happy birthday little guy!

I record EVERYTHING! From fruit, veggies, to seasonings. It's amaizing what good stuff comes from the seasonings we put in our food but I would have never known if I hadn't logged it.

I carry around one of those tumbler cups you can get from walmart. it has an outter shell to keep the water and ice cold, comes with a lid and straw. I love it! It holds just under 2.5 cups of water at a time and I add MiO to my water. Even my kids love it. They have the same cups, thats how I get them to drink more water…

I am having the same problem even if i meet my calorie goal. So I have been drinking Yogi bedtime tea, more water, a small glass of milk, or even a small greek yogurt. The harder I workout the more I seem to want at night. Let me know if you figure it out!

Start with the crunches. Try lifting light weights and strengthen your back and core. that should help. Even I can't do a sit-up! But crunches are golden.

I was using cans of soup. Then found weights at Walmart for only a few dollars each. I started light, 3lbs dumb bells first, the 5lbs.
