Hungry at night!

I do so well throughout the day cutting my calories then of a night I just want to eat eat eat!!
Any ideas how I can stop this from happening?

    I am having the same problem even if i meet my calorie goal. So I have been drinking Yogi bedtime tea, more water, a small glass of milk, or even a small greek yogurt. The harder I workout the more I seem to want at night. Let me know if you figure it out!
  • I have the same problem. I usually try to put a cup of reduced fat yogert, like Dannon Lite and Fit, in the freezer. I get it out before it really gets solid. It's just like having ice cream. The longer it takes me to eat it, the more my cravings go away. Hope it helps/

    Are you getting enough protein in the evening? Protein helps keep you satisfied longer than carbs.

    You could just save up a few of your calories for a treat later in the evening. If you are not opposed to protein shakes those help control hunger. You should go with a slower digesting protein like Casein that will keep you satisfied longer.

    water water water!! Most likely you are not eating enough! you should never be that hungry, I would say revisit your diary and reconsider the things you are eating or not eating.
