If u have a smart phone, I have an app called 80 bites where you log each bite you eat. Last night was the first time I used it and it really helped me slow down my eating, usually I just shove it in my face. With a baby and toddler I don't usually get the chance to eat my food warm,so I just shove it in my mouth.

Did w3d1 today. Omg what a killer! But I made it! I burned 380 cal and I seriously wanted to throw up at the end. A lot of jumping. I feel so good right now tho it's incredible. O no! I have two kids, a 23 month old and 7 1/2 month old. I just started babysitting for my friend. She has a four yr old and 14 month old. It's a lot of work but I'm actually enjoying myself and I hate kids. Lol it keeps me more active during the day so that's a good thing!

Yea mine does that too.if it's only one feeding he is missing he will probably be ok. And if he gets upset, then he will be upset. Just tell your cousin to spoon feed him the breast milk.
