I know you can't spot reduce, but I noticed when you strengthen your core or do Strength training you see a difference. I mostly did yoga. but it will take time. just keep at it.

I am not planning on loosing 40 lbs while pregnant. I'm not an idiot. Just trying to be healthy. That is my end goal... eventually.

1'm 5' 5 1/2" and My original goal weight was 150. I'd like to be 150-145, as long as I am healthy and in shape either is fine. I kinda lost focus these past couple months and I'm around 152-5. I've been this weight while, But when you're in shape it feels and looks a lot different. It's definitely more about how you feel…

Thanks cam :D I just need some support is all. When you're doing it by yourself sometimes it's hard to do. We can help eachother :D

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one :D yeah, a big thing would be having healthy foods in the fridge. I just stocked up on some veggies for baking, fruit, eggs... I think another factor with my motivation is that I have been kind of depressed since everything fell apart. I know the best medicine for depression is Exercise,…

I have been feeling depressed lately too! I'm not sure why, But I recently got sick with a UTI, had a major schedule change, money isssues, etc. so it's hard to pinpoint when or why I've felt this way. We've also both recently lost a lot of weight, I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

you dont even look like the same person! Congrats on your journey and hard work :) you deserve the results :)

Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter (available at whole foods) is all natural, no hydrogenated oil, dairy/gluten free and tastes delicious :) you can even see the ground up hazelnuts! Nutella is awesome too, just a head's up for anyone with dietary/health restrictions there is a Nutella-like substance out there ;D

I'm 5' 5.5" and My 'final' goal that I originally set is 150, because that would be considered in the healthy BMI. But I've come to realize I've allready lost 35 pounds, but the goal would be to feel and be healthy, which is possible whatever stage you're at ! as long as you keep at it :)

red wine and Nog :D silk nog at home to keep it on the healthy side, But I'll probably have a glass of real egg nog, and I won't regret it ! I say enjoy yourself on Christmas, but keep in mind to moderate and get on track December 26th ;)

Wow, You look great! I'm about your height (5'5") with the same starting weight and end goal! I still have 10 lbs. to go, but you are awesome motivation!

I have those skinny cow chocolate bars! soo good and they're portion sized for you. also, luna bars are good; they have vitamins and protien , so you stay full. :)

I know what you mean! happened to me too. I gained 20 pounds in the last 2 years. I didn't even realize untill the damage was done. but I was sick of feeling like crap about myself, so I have just been taking baby steps. that's the key. log your food every day for a week, stay on your goal, and it will show you how easy it…

Thank you, Everyone! :)
