Pregnant & Trying to loose 40 Lbs.
Any Advice? I am 24 5' 5", 192lbs, want to weigh 150. i got down to 145 in 2012 and gained back. I am about 2 or 3 weeks along. Is it possible to stay on track while being healthy for the baby? :) Thank you.

Loosing, gaining, loosing again
I weighed 200 in 2009 in college, got down to 145 in 2012, and now ive crept back up to 185. Need some helpful tipz plz. I want to be at a healthy weight and keep it that way. I love eating foods ;-;

Energy and Overeating
I have a really low energy level a lot of the time. Just a drained/ exhausted feeling. I feel like I often times overeat because Im so tired and feel like I need energy. Any tips? They would be much appreciated:)

2 Years later- gained 1/2 weight back
