Loosing, gaining, loosing again

I weighed 200 in 2009 in college, got down to 145 in 2012, and now ive crept back up to 185. Need some helpful tipz plz. I want to be at a healthy weight and keep it that way. I love eating foods ;-;

    Start with 1600 calories and exercise at least 5 days a week. Stay consistent and stay in your calories every day and youll do great!
