2 Years later- gained 1/2 weight back

Trying to loose the 20 lbs (1/2) of the weight I gained Back since 2012. Any advice or motivaitonal tools would be helpful.

    set reasonable goals...ie 1/2lb a week for 20lbs....log accurately (which means logging everything and using a food scale for solids)....eat up to your calorie goals...and if you exercise log that and eat back 50-75% of those calories.

    Once you are near or reach goal...set a maintenance plan so you aren't back here in 2 years asking the same question.

    Well..I always look at it as, you did it once you can do it again!

    Use the same method you used before (assuming it was healthy & safe)

    And, you don;t fail til you give up!
