C25K and Yoga?

Okay, so I started the C25k program yesterday, and my legs are kind of sore. I have been out of exercizing for a couple months, so it's been a while. I also want to get back into my yoga routine, which would be class tonight at 6:30. Should I wait or is it okay to go? I don't want to injure myself trying to get back into it. My schedule this week would be MWF C25K program, TTH Yoga.

    I do the exact same program, and it's fine for me. If I am sore after a day of C25K, then yoga the next day really seems to help. So I don't see a problem with it.
