Okay MFPers, I could really use your advice. I recently lost about 40 pounds ( last year). Mainly through keeping my calories in check and yoga. I've gained about 5-10 of it back since I've been going through depression. Basically, My eating habits now are eating whatever my mom has in the fridge or eating out without much decision on the health aspect.
Does anyone know any foods that are good for depression that are healthy? I'm going to say REALLY easy to prepare meals/foods...I don't really cook....Just don't have the energy to prepare a recipe. thank you

Some foods that are supposed to help you feel happy are tomatoes, grapefruit, blueberries, spinach, avocados, walnuts, and coconut. I know that's basically all fruits and veggies, but that's easy stuff to eat or easy to incorporate into something!0

There is a Kindle book I believe its called Happy Food or something like that with recipes. But I understand pumpkin seeds are great for that.
One other thing, try the raw sugar. Rather than using the normal sugar or products with sugar try the raw sugar. Used it for 2 to 3 weeks and see if there is a difference for you. Some people find there is.0
