I have a really low energy level a lot of the time. Just a drained/ exhausted feeling. I feel like I often times overeat because Im so tired and feel like I need energy. Any tips? They would be much appreciated:)

A protein based breakfast might be a better start to the day than just sugar & carbs. Omelette perhaps ?

Try to get 50-70 grams of protein per day.

I second the protein based breakfast.
On days I eat a lower protein breakfast I am usually hungry a lot earlier than if I would have more protein for breakfast.

Also: how much water are you drinking a day? I looked at your diary and saw lots of processed food (taco bell, pizza, chips etc). Processed food is high in sodium so make sure you drink a few extra glasses of water on days you head sodium-rich foods.

Do you sleep enough? Do you exercise? all that has influence on your energy levels.
