Coconut oil is a medium-chain fat and has tons of benefits. Do a search to find out. Do you have to pan-fry your mushrooms? Have you tried just adding them to a salad or just eat them right out of the container. Also, you can use canola or olive oil spray instead of butter, olive oil, or coconut oil if you eat so much.

I am planning on making pancakes for dinner tonight...think I will I use coconut oil instead of butter...think they're gonna be delicious!

I make an avocado smoothie. 1/2 - whole medium avocado 1 cup Silk coconut milk or fat free milk (or whatever milk you choose) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 Tbsp ground Flax seed 1/2 Tbsp Agave 2 cups of ice

I've been using my Polar FT7 for over 2 years and in my opinion, the calories burned seem pretty accurate. I love it and I will get another one if I ever need to replace it.

Yes, I agree. I don't drink green tea because it was too bitter, but a friend of mine, who drinks a lot of tea said that 2 -3 minutes is all you need to steep green tea for.

How about just adding some mango salsa on top of the salmon? There are tons of recipes for mango salsa..it's light, refreshing and has a really nice presentation.

It depends, but most of the time I will have something even if it's something small because if I wait then by the time I am hungry I may be really hungry and end up not making a good choice. And also like Jonnythan mentioned, I too try to meet my daily nutrition goals.

I've been using my Polar FT7 for over 2 years now. It has the chest strap, and I have never had a problem with it being uncomfortable. Edit it add, I do workout out 6-7 days a week.
