I eat the Chobani non fat plain Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries or apples. The sweetness from the fruit is good enough for me.

Is it possible just to take a break and have a small snack like a KIND or LUNA bar?

My husband is VERY intolerant to lactose, and is completely fine with eating Greek yogurt. In fact, I pack it for him everyday with his lunch.

I'm confused? Are you using a whole serving of musle milk in your coffee? I know, for me, I only use a couple of tablespoons of creamer for my coffee. Again, for me, I would not consider that breakfast. I think you should definitely included a serving of oatmeal. But that's just me.

I started by organic milk for my boys years ago and we learned that for one of my son's it made a difference with some allergies or something. He's not at stuffy anymore. Could be coincedental, but that's why I switched. I buy my boys organic, I buy 2% Lactaid milk for my husband, and Non-fat Lactaid, but mostly coconut…

P90X is a complete workout program...I personally have received my best results when I did it. Insanity is super hard, but completely rewarding…

I weigh every morning. I don't let the result ruin my day. I don't want to wait a week or two to find out I didn't lose anything.

I'm no authority, but I would think that it depends on how much sugar is in it. I personally think it's a good idea to add some form of protein (greek yogurt, protein powder), and some veggies. Think a lot of folks will add a handful of spinach. I also like adding flaxseed to mine. Basically, if the smoothie is going to be…
