I don't go very often. When I do go to the movies I want the experience and I bring air-popped popcorn (that I make at home) and raisinets though instead of soda I will bring flavored seltzer water. The popcorn and seltzer water are the healthy part

I wear one. The first couple of days I burned around 235 calories, but the last couple of days only 215.

Today I'm on day 6 of Level 1. I'm interested to see the results after 30 days. Though, since it's only total of 27 minutes I do other workouts when time allows.

These are great ideas!

Interest! Will give it a try.

Your 18 years old with very little weight to lose...it is OK to have more than 100 grams of carbs. Just be careful.

I like the variety of dry roasted edamame that comes with the goji berries in it. Chobani Greek yogurt is also great. High in protein, low in sugar (when getting the plain), and very low sodium.

Not sure I fully understand the question, but the "Sweat" would be the cardio and the "Scuplt" would be the strenght training.

You should be very proud...you did a GREAT job! Way to go, girl!

Avoacdo Smoothie! In a blender, I put 1 cup of skim milk, ground flax seed, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp agave nectar, and a whole avocado, some ice and blend. So yummy!

Do whatever you enjoy and will stick to. I agree with tenkesh that it is good to change things up once in a while. A lot people seem to like more that one kind of cardio--you can do a couple of different workouts every week. Aside from the exercise, it's important to eat well. You can exercise all you want, but if you…

Well said. Edit to add: I do love me some Zumba. For me, it is great calorie-burning cardio and super fun!

This is a great and useful thread! Thanks for sharing.

Probably not much help, but I'm shorter and heavier than you and burn around 375 normally doing Plyometric Cardio Circuit.

I agree that it does depend on your fitness level, weight, and intensity of class. I have about 35 lbs to lose, and went to a class this morning which is really intense. I wear a HRM with a chest strap and for that 65 minutes I burned 613 calories. I take this particular class often and the calorie burn is always about the…

Also another way to measure progress is by the Fit Test. I, personally, was amazed at how many more reps I was able to do on the second Fit test than the first. One thing to keep in mind is you aren't just losing weight, but your getting stronger and more fit!

I'm on week 3 too, and haven't seen too much of a loss. However, I did notice that when I ate most of my calories during the day and had a light dinner (well, dinner of veggies and protein) I did lose up to three pounds and that was in the second week. My dinners have not stayed like that and now I'm not showing much of a…

I think an addiction to anything is not a good thing. If not having something or not doing something affects your mood and how your treat others (in a bad way), well I just don't think that's good. I personally don't think there's anything wrong with having coffee. I have a cup every morning and have no intention of giving…

I did Insanity once, but since I did skip a couple of the workouts (mainly because things got in the way) I didn't feel I deserved the t-shirt. However, TODAY I am on day 18 (maybe 19). I couldn't believe how much better I did from the 1st fit test to the 2nd. My advice is to do what you can (don't try and keep up with…
