  • Apples. I LOVE the flavor, but for some reason I can't bring myself to eat one.
  • I understand what you mean. When I became a vegetarian a couple months ago I dreaded going near tofu again, b/c the one experience I had w/ it was DISGUSTING. However, I have found different kinds of tofu that are really good! At my Kroger there is a kind of tofu, can't remember the name, but it's in a long vacuum-sealed…
  • So they're probably not at Wal-Mart then? I haven't seen them in Kroger :noway:
  • Thank you! I love yogurt w/ fruit, so I'll have to try this recipe. I get my daily fat from soy milk, some veggies, things like that... I just try to keep it where it should be. This should help!
  • I'd like to add more calories without adding a lot more fat. Can that be done?
  • lol... I just posted pretty much the same question. I know that every body needs at least 1200 calories/day just to stay alive, but it's hard to reach that sometimes. I feel weird b/c I'm so overweight, but eat less than I'm supposed to. Do you feel the same way? I don't know how to add more calories without adding more…
  • Yes... it can be quite a shocker! I'm starting to think Dr Pepper is not my friend anymore.. lol Much luck!!
  • Thank you! The supplements & such scare me, since I never really know what's in them. :ohwell:
  • Doing it all on my own  I'm studying nutrition science, so I do pretty well at eating right, I just need the right motivation to get exercise
