Found the myfitnesspal iPhone app a couple of days ago so thought I'd come check out the website and say hi
I'm new to calorie counting and quite shocked to realise how much I eat each day! Hopefully I'll be able to stick to this "diet"

Welcome! It's a great site and I've stuck stuck to it everyday for 2 weeks now. Keeping track of your diet and exercise really makes you feel good because you can look back and be proud of the progress you've made. Good luck on your journey!0
