If I go over I always make up those calories by excersizing. Not sure that is the right answer but it works for me.

I am in dire need of some advice. I have incorporated peanut butter in to my morning snack which has worked wonderful because it keeps me full until lunch. The problem. . . the fat content is HUGE! I am looking for an alternative to peanut butter. I have tried almond butter and it is really gross to me.

I try not to lie on my diary and if anything I over estimate my portion size because I am really trying to hold myself accountable for what I consume. I have had great success with a low carb diet in the past, but it shot my cholesteral to a very bad point. I lost 20 pounds in two months and was able to keep it for for a year, but when I started eating carbs again I gained all of that weight back plus 10.
