I'm a huge fan of G.T's Kombucha (I should be there spokesperson!) I used to love soda (coke zero in particular). Now that I started drinking this fermented bottled tea, I don't even want to look at soda. The flavors are really strong. Guava is the least vinegar-y and very sweet. Tastes exactly like soda!!

I'm in love with this drink. I drink G.T Kombucha (its the store-bought kind) I wouldn't drink it because you think its going to make you lose weight. There is no scientific evidence that suggests this. Who knows about its health benefits. I drink it because it tastes good to me :) It also makes me not want to drink soda!

It may not hinder weight loss (although there are many sources that say that diet drinks make you crave more sweets versus regular soda that already has the sugar in it and therefore doesn't make you crave sweets) Regardless if diet soda is or isn't making you gain weight, its still terrible for your health.

I'm over my sugar goal as well, as of 11AM this morning. My sugar goal says 24g (without exercise) How much is yours? Its really hard to stay under. Honestly though if I have 2 or 3 pieces of fruit a day (like an apple/banana & kiwi) I ignore it because its completely natural. Not sure if thats good to do though :/

Did you feel this way before you started the workout? Because I started getting really tired about a year ago, with little physical activity and I went to the doctor and had blood work done and told me I was anemic. Its common for women to be iron-deficient anemic. Maybe you should get your blood checked? Good luck!

I have the cord/tube thing, with the handles. How much were the bands? I want to get those, too. As for whats more useful I"m not really sure, but the cord tube like thing really gives you a workout! best of luck
