I smoked for TEN years. I quit for TEN years and then started smoking again when I was divorcing. Smoked another THREE years and am now ONE year smoke FREE! Hang in there you can do anything you put your mind to!

I just finished round one and am down 9.8 lbs and 9" overall ....really liking this program! shakes are good too! I am also loving the workout dvd's!

I currently finished 21 Day Fix. I love the program as well as the Shakeology and workouts! I have lost 9.8 pounds and 9" overall. To each their own, this system works for me!

I don't recall the 1st, but 1 sticks to mind, his name was Topsking or something like that. He pretty much said women aren't equal to men, very sexist, deleted! Edited to add: a recent creep that was briefly on my FL sent me a PM saying he'd "like to do me doggy" ummm creep, deleted as well! Forget what that creeps name was
