I love her so far, because she gives lower calories options so that we can have variety. To keep off this weight that we are all working so hard to loose, we need variety otgherwise we are going to get bored and seek flavor and fun food choices elsewhere

I have done no sweets as part of a religious fast before and the thing that saved me with the cravings was raisins. By the end of the days, sweets were no longer an issue. You only crave what you normally eat.

I have the same issue as you do and I agree with what everyone else said. Guess and err on the high side and/or just avoid somethings period.

I don't know where you are in your relationship with Christ, so please don't be offended. However if you are a follower of Christ, read the book MADE TO CRAVE by Lysa TERKEURST . My girlfriends and I are reading it as a team and we are doing so much better with the compulsive eating. .

I am almost as bad as you are - no offense meant - but I didn't know I could be so anal about something. My friends are laughing at me but I don't care. I am not normally this anal and so I am sure once I get into the swing of things I will calm down. I am just suprised how much I really get to eat and not feel deprived…

Coffee is low calorie I think may 2 per 8oz, it is the cream and sugar that messes you up. I stopped putting cream in mine and it actually tastes better to me. The cream was 35 calories.
