My Healthy & Filling 350 Calorie Breakfast

I entered all the ingredients I wanted to use into MFP and kept tweaking until I was happy with the results.

I ended up making an egg scramble with:
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 chopped orange bell pepper
- 2 slices pepper turkey
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- cooked in 1 tsp olive oil

Garnished with 3TBSP salsa, half a cucumber and 1/4 bell pepper.

All that food for 350 calories, and I'm stuffed and looking forward to a healthy day :)
