I like to order a few appetizers gorge on that stuff and eat a bite or two of the main dish. I take the left overs home and i look like im eating healthy but really the server and i know otherwise.

i love food :) im creating different salad dressing, with different vinegars and spices and im enjoy them so much. i was rasied of frozen processed stuff so real food for me taste better.

I forgot what it was like to be on a calories deficit. lol im just waiting for see the people who fast four days a week show and see people freak out. lol ANyways what works for one person may not work for the next. Lets just hear each other out.

i lost over 80lbs once just eating at a deficit. lol that doesnt work for me now that im older. On yes the food scale is very important, i need to find mine.

i use the NOW Better Stevia Extract Packets and im suffering atm from drinking 1/3 of a Pepsi Next. ugh yeah it does have Maltodextrin in it, it says it is a rice starch, it shouldnt affect celiac disease sufferers.

Hey im in the process of losing 190lbs, my soon to be ex husband. :wink: Im trying to lose 20 or so lbsits really hard getting motivated. I have lost 85lbs in the past so Im kind of an expert at losing (and gaining) weight. Im also from Canada.

if its really hard just do jumping jacks, push ups running on the spot, lunges etc while the video is on. maybe go for a walk later, that works too.

i did it a few years i found level 2 boring so i switched to level 3 and quite on the 7th day cause i felt i didnt get results. but i did get great results in my before and after pics but not on the scale. if you do get bored switch to one of the other levels and push yourself all the way. its a good workout. i used to eat 1200 and do that. i lost about 1 to 2 lbs a month, i switched to 1400 to 1900 calories and started losing 1 lb a week. i also started working out every other day.

i got stevia for my coffee but it changes the taste too much, i prefer black or half a sugar and some cream. There is nothing wrong with real food.

whenever you have time. I lost the most weight years ago, when i broke up my workouts into 10 to 20 minutes 3 times a day. Just calisthenics too. I work up did it, when i watched tv i did it, and then before bed i did a few more things.

if you gain more musicle you will burn more fat. you shoul dadd 3 days a week of strength training.

make sure you have padding or runners on, i hurt my knees from doing the shred. great workout though.

do hot yoga you will lose weight lol also add some strengthening exercises like do 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 squats, Hip Bridge etc. Whenever you think about a cookie or soda stop and do something. Workout your butt and legs to increase you metabolism.
