if you are only doing the tread mill then dont eat it back, that is a waste of your time imo I used to eat mine back everyday, it took me 5 months to lose 24lbs my husband didnt eat his and lost 24lbs a litle less than 2 months.

if you are in a duplex and you are boucing the walls and floors around then yes it is rude. If you are in a large building wiht solid floors then you should be fine, that workout is short. I dont have any tips but im in the same boat as you. I am 40lbs heavier since getting to my goal weight in 2011. I want to get fit and feel good but i am not feeling it. Ive done it all, dont eat before you fall asleep. the further away from bedtime the better. I used to do that and drop 2 or 3 lbs aweek compared to 1 or 2 lbs a month if i ate when ever

my yoga teacher is a male jujitsu fighter. When i would go tot he later clases i would see foot ball players from my home town in ter, wrestlers and boxers. My husband still thinks its girly, lol He wont go and he looks nothing like thses men. One day he will get it.

you dont need to buy special diet foods, eat real food and avoid deep frying and breading it all. you take what you need and so does everyone else. Have a good portion of veggies to eat to fill you up if your still hungry because you are used to a larger portion of starches.

im not sure how the app works, did the scale tell you you gained or the amount of calories you put in tell you you are gaining that in a week.

Wow you look great! Some advice, when you get to your goal weight, find new goals to push yourself further so you wont stop and fall back into your old habits. You have the same goals i had 3 years ago and i got to my goal weight and now im back. :) whoops.

I have both the magic anad the nutri bullet. Both work amazing but the nutri will break down the fod quicker. I use them all the time

Im going to have to say from experience, eating late at night does affect your weight loss. Try to eat most of your calories in the first half of your day.

If you are serious, those ladies use testosterone or steriods but i would think once you get to a really low body fat you estrogen levels get very low. not sure how healthy any of that is though.
