So last year it took me 7 months to lose 24lbs, 1lb form my goal weight. One of my mini goals was to go out with the girls and look hot which i did and then it was December, cold weather and holidays, i just stopped working out and started eating a lot again and eating the junk foods. I did the 30 day shred last year lst 2.5 lbs but lost a lot of inches and looked as if i dropped 10 or more lbs. Maybe i will do it again with some added zumba and running.

Look for Vinyasa Yoga, it is pretty easy you just do the beginner moves.

I was the same as you, stuck trying to lose the same 2 lbs each week. What worked for me was eating 1400 to 1500 calories instead of 1200 or less. I started losing a lb a week after i adjusted. I also exercised 4 to 5 times week instead of every day.

Hi, I'm 32, I started last year and successfully lost 24 lbs but no i am back because i gained 17 of that back since Christmas. I am getting married in less than 2 months and i need to lose at least 10lbs. egh edited Ten pounds all in my legs and butt lol

I want to mix it up :) I figure if i do alternate cardio and strength every other day i should be good. My finace is doing Insanity proper and has dropped 7 lbs in a week and a half. Must be nice lol

Like someones else said, price matching is your best bet. Gather the flyers and price match the produce and meat from all the weekly sales all at one store. Adding coupons will make things even cheaper for you. Check out some couponing websits to see what you can do.

Hey I did the Shred and felt the same way. I was so frustrated by the scale i stopped on day 26. I lost 2.5 lbs and felt i was going no where until i took my measurements ans compared my after pictures to my before. I was also eating about 1400 calories when i was doing it. It was worth it and i got good results. Not sure…

No you would just be eating normally but stressing out over it. IF you are exercising you should eat more than that.

I did the 1200 CAL and eating back it didnt work for me. I switched it to 150 and ate 1400 to 1800 each day and started losing weight. 1200 calories didnt work for my body.

I bet it was also your confidence exuding that attracted those boys. Same thing happened to me after i dropped 24lb I would walk into the club head high, proper posture and owning that s!&t lol

Do you exercise? If so eat 1500 and dont eat it back unless you are training for a marathon or something.

I do the groceries, and cook so he eats what i feed him. Anything else that he eats that is his thing. You are going to be fit and feeling great and he may want to catch up to you eventually.

I have one but i dont have any weight loss stuff on it. I keep meaning to start up something on fitness though.

Are you on to period? it is normal to gain 5lbs or water during that time.

Zumba and just dance games are great for cardio. That was m workout when i first started.

That is great but just so you know, pretty much everyone on the first week drops a large amount of lbs (3 to 12) and then it evens out to about 1/2 to 2 lbs a week after that.

If you dont feel like eating then go for it. I prefer to have one as a snack after i do a workout.
