Exercise so you can eat more food. Veggies dont have much calories so go crazy. I wouldnt eat more than 1400 personally though. i did the 1200 and didnt los any weight i went up to 1500 and start losing 1 or 2 lbs a day.

Cut out the salt dink lots of water and fiber is your friend. or prune juice.

try your coffee and tea black. You get used to it. Also stay away from the processed foods.

The first week of eating health you usually drop double or triple what you will the rest of the weeks. Are you on your first or second week of exercising? Once you get into it it doesnt hurt as much anymore. I was told to up my magnesium to help with the soreness.

Sit ups are a muscle toner or builder you dont get the immediate calories burn but you will get a nice sculpted tummy eventually.

I just did level 1 today. i am not doing the 30 days of it though. I am going to mix it up to keep me interested but i always come back to the shred it is the shortest lol

I bounce (no pun intended) around between 130lb and 160lb myself.

If you are enjoying the exercise then go for it. I probably couldnt do exercise for that long of a time, I would need to be running to a destination, or playing a sport to keep me interested.

I can relate to her but that is a stupid excuse, What i do is bring a healthy dish i know i can eat, i also join in on the fun the kids are having to burn of those extra calories i may consume while sampling or having a piece of cake. Bring a bottle of water too.

buy some protein powder to mix with milk. I dont know brands but you spend 30 to 40 and it averages out to $.50 to $2 a day.

Stay away from processed foods, lots of veggies and you can eat till you are feel full and not go over on your calories.

200... 190...180... 170... 160 for sure and that is if i an 9 months pregnant! I was 215 the last time i was pregnant, definitely dont wan to see that number again. I know i will probably go up to 170 for my next pregnancy but hopefully i will be more active and not gain so much.

i was small when i first got pregnant and gained 65 lbs i have big friends who seem to gain only 5 to 15lbs. If you eat healthy and stay active you may not gain much at all and after you have the next start working it off. BTW breast feeding is a great way to drop lbs quickly.
