okay so my total for today was 13.77. I went for a 2nd walk.

I will take Group C this week since I have recovered from my 1/2 marathon. SO far today I got in 7.5 miles. But planning to get in a few more by the end of the day and will repost.

I got 2 miles in yesterday for 15.5 for the week.

Group B 7.5 + 6 yesterday = 13.5 I was hoping to get 10 in today. But we'll see how this day plays out.

Group B 7.5 so far for the week. I still have a couple of days so I'll step it up. This is a recovery week for me. So I have "really" taken advantage of it.

I got in my 13.1 (1/2) marathon in + an additional 2.15 miles for a total of 15.25

If you're eating small meals all day and not hungry don't eat back the calories. Your calorie burn may not be accurate unless you're wearing a hear rate monitor and you don't want to over eat.

8 mile walk for me today. I have a 1/2 marathon on Sunday in SF. So I will probably walk 3-5 miles daily until then.

I have done the Ultimate Cardio Workout 3 times this week (2 days in a row) and I think I'll stick w/it for awhile. I was using JM Banish Fat Boost Metabolism & TBL Last Chance Workout for 3 weeks.

I only eat them if I'm hungry. I usually "try" to get in 1000 workout calories on most days. But sometimes the schedule doesn't allow me to workout hard. So I get in more time than calories and that counts towards fat burning. The scale hasn't moved much lately. But I have major changes from my change in workouts. Stay…

Maybe it's time to switch up your workout routine. The body needs to be challenged.
