I add sugar-free instant jello pudding (the powder only) to greek yogurt! I feel like I am eating ice cream pudding when I put flavors like butterscotch or pistachio. It sometimes gets too thick so I add a little milk or water.

Must feel AMAZING! I too used to be a size 8/10. Now I fit into size 6 jeans! It felt so good I wanted to cry. My next goal is to fit into size 4s! (which may a bit too ambitious of me, but why not try!) Plus size 2s and 4s are mostly the sizes left when things go on sale. Save money!

Weirdly for me, it was downloading MFP on my iphone. I became addicted to counting calories PLUS seeing results helped. More than 20 pounds later, I am incredibly thankful for MFP and how it taught me to lose weight the healthy way!

Too drunk, as in not remember most of the night the next day. God, I really don't want that to happen again. I don't think there will be food around, so I won't be eating everything in sight which is good! I get horrible cravings usually.
