I just read some of those comments and that is exactly why I never post anything. It's the mean girl complex I those main boards. They are very hypocritical as well. If this same person posted that they had been trying to loose the weight and nothing is working the first thing people will ask is about junk food and soda,…

You are not eating nearly enough if you are doing insanity. You should be eating at least 1800 cals a day. I would suggest following the guidelines that come with insanity. I would also start taking measurements and pictures of yourself. Sometimes the scale doesn't move but you are losing inches.

There is also wheat allergies. I personally am allergic to wheat, rye and barley. I do not have a gluten intolerance or Celiac's disease but I have to remove it from my diet because of my wheat allergy. That is something else to have checked out.

I was just getting ready to ask this same question. :)

Thanks for posting this. :)

Day 2 done! I barely made it because my allergies are killing me but I did it and feet great about it. :)

I've made it 3 weeks before but then had surgery and life ended up getting in the way. I'm not looking forward to the soreness but know it will be worth it. :)

I was looking at the BOB strollers. Yes, they are expensive but reading the reviews on all the strollers it looks like you get what you pay for.

Before I knew there was this group here I asked the something. I got torn apart. It was ridiculous. It's sad that if you are thinking or doing things their way it's wrong. Just like earlier in the week someone questioned why they hate on people eating 1200 cals a day since MFP sets them at that. People got out of control…

Thank you all for the info. This helps a lot! :)

Oh and another thing to remember is that our bodies take at least 6 months to start to balance our hormones back out after having a baby. Sometimes longer. It might be that your body is still trying to adjust. :)

First of all congrats on the baby boy. :) how old is your son? I know to maintain and get a good supply of breast milk you shouldn't start dieting or strenuous exercising until at least 8 weeks post partum. I completely understand how you feel. I'm also 5'2 and my youngest is now 7 months old. She is the youngest of 5…

It really depends on the person. For me I never lost weight. I ended up losing the weight after I stopped Breastfeeding. I know people that have lost a ton of weight from breastfeeding.

To be fit and healthy by my 30th birthday. That is May of this year. I know my personality type so I am trying not to focus on the number on the scale. If I do that I will become obsessed with the number and nothing else. I want to instead focus on the inches, lost, and strength and endurance built up. :)

Mine was last night when I was at the gym. I ran on the treadmill for one straight mile at 4.5mph. I haven't ran like that since almost 2.5 years ago and I just started working out again last week. It felt great! =)

I'm in! I started today. I need to buy some weights tomorrow though. =)

Thank you for the input. I can see how it is something that some people like while others are against it but that goes with all diets/life style changes. =)

I completely agree with you on this. I just recently found out that I am allergic to wheat, rye and barely. I am having to cut all of that out of my diet which is not easy by any means. ;) I have some long distance friends that have started this diet but they are on the extreme side. I have done some online research as…

Yes I have some long distance friends who have started it. I am also allergic to wheat, rye, and barley but have been eating those foods anyways. I need to get the things that I am allergic to out of my diet once and for all. So in looking at different diets this was something that caught my attention. I am just curious…
