Just curious, how much weights do you use during the workout? Do you use different weights for different sets? I was recently using those PET 1.5litre bot as weights, I felt that certain moves like the chest fly and curls were pretty easy. but when it came to lunges and the lifts, i felt like dying! My knees are not strong…

I just started on Monday. So far, didn't feel sore after the workout, maybe it's because I didn't buy dumbbells. But I must say, during the workout, it's really tiring. I did have to stop once or twice to catch my breath.

I think I'm really addicted to this site now. Even if I'm busy to update my food immediately, I'll try to log it in at the end of the day. Before I started my quest to lose weight, I ate what I want, let alone remember what I ate. Guess that's a good start for now..
