How about a goat cheese appetizer. Take a log of goat cheese, drizzle with honey, roll in chopped pistachio nuts and serve with your favorite crackers and/or veggies. It's yummy!!

Yep ~ Scale obsessed! I weigh every day. Not sure that it's a good idea though cause if I lose, I'm motivated; but if I don't lose or gain - UGHHHH! It sort of derails my enthusiasm.

:laugh: OHMYGOSH!! I didn't think there was anybody else out there more obsessed than me!! I try to be realistic about weighing in every morning, but I'm out of control - - and so disappointed when the scale and the fat fairy reveal the honest truth!! UGHHHHH! I'm trying to be better!

I have the cookbook and it is full of the best recipes - from the easiest to the more elegant spreads!! And the shopping is easy! One of my favorite recipes is the peach blueberry cobbler. My husband loved this one!

I like to make salads with romaine or spinach and put grapes, slivered almonds, red onions, and a little grated cheese on it with a viniagarette dressing. The sweetness of the grapes keeps me from overloading the salad with a heavy dressing full of calories and fat, but still has lots of flavor.

I did the 30 day shred the month of October. Although I did not lose any weight, my pants fit better, and my abs were tighter as well as my upper body. I only made it to level 2, but I really like it and recommend it to anyone who is interested in a good workout, that is doable with work schedules, etc.

I made these over the weekend, and they are wonderful! Thanks for the recipe. Making meatloaf like this makes me keep the portion size right where it should be. Otherwise I would eat half of the meatloaf in one sitting!

I have done the shred every day this month, and it feels great! Haven't lost pounds, which is a little disappointing, but did lose inches and my jeans fit better. (I'll take every little bit!!) I'm now planning for November, maybe continue with the shred, different level and add in something else, i.e. walking.
