Who here does it and do you do it everyday- or alternate days?

Me personally I am taking the full 30 day challenge- every day for 30 days after today i have 24 days to go.

    I do it everyother day but that is because I have a medical condition.

    you mean business and i thought I was dedicated- I just finished day 6 straight- I have burned 2144 calories since Last tuesday but I actually started Shredding on Wednesday (thats when I got it) and Tuesday i did Taebo amped- So with my calorie deficit and my calories burned I am hoping to drop 10 lbs in these 30 days
  • I did the 30 day shred the month of October. Although I did not lose any weight, my pants fit better, and my abs were tighter as well as my upper body. I only made it to level 2, but I really like it and recommend it to anyone who is interested in a good workout, that is doable with work schedules, etc.

    Good Morning. I'm on day 3. I don't have a HRM though, so I'm having a hard time entering my workouts. Anyone have any tips for me? Thanks. Kati

    I used the circuit training, general to list my 27 minute workout.
