  • :) LOL! Loving this post! I think back to a "riddle" my mother once asked me "which weighs more a ton of feathers or ton of lead?" a ton is a ton is a ton the true question is which takes up more space!
  • go. think of the accomplishment you'll feel after you're done! "I did this even though I'm tired and was up with our 3 year old!" You can do it!
  • were you wearing clothes when you weighed in at home? shoes? how about at the rec? Also if you weigh in before breakfast and then after breakfast you will see a weight difference.
  • I had to smile a bit when I read this I completely agree with a little pain is the body getting stronger. A good friend of mine in the Marine corps had a drill instructor who said "pain is weakness leaving the body" There is a good kind of hurt where you KNOW you worked out and it feels good to hurt and then there is the…

Amazing what…

I was at a wedding and they did the dollar dance for over an hour then they did an auction for the garter for another half an hour THEN at midnight they passed a hat for people to pay for the dj to stay longer. You can totally handle it in a classy manner without…

  • personally I wouldn't worry about it and maybe treat myself to some pizza after all that work and a beer or glass of wine. Because its not going to be the norm to be hauling that everyday. but thats me and I have no facts or figures to back up my thoughts just what I would do. :) Happy moving and burning of the calories.…
  • CONGRATULATIONS!!!
  • I give in to the cravings too but like you I'm finding they don't taste as good as I remember AND they are very rarely worth the amount of calories. I used to LOVE a Mt Dew at least once a day and now I take a sip of my hubby's and I'm good 170 calories for a drink totally NOT worth 20 min on the elliptical (unless I've…
