Was in the gym last night, going to spin tomorrow night and then prob gym again on friday. I live about a 15min drive from the gym.
Tired today as our 3 year old was awake late last night and we are up at 5.30am for work.
I really want to go to the gym but I'm a small bit tired. I am sick of being the same weight and am really pushing to get past this plateau. Hence I feel I NEED to go tonight. I've alreayd logged it in my exercise also, do this all the time!
So should I go or not? MFP'ers decide for me.

Quick nap then hit the gym. Works for me.0

yes, go, you'll be happy you did0

Nap????? Ye must be joking. I go home from work (1 hr commute), have 20mins to prepare, cook and eat something before I have to head round to the creche to collect our 2 kids.
It's all about them til bedtime at about 7.30pm. ONce their heads hit the pillow, I go to the gym so a nap is out of the question. I wish!!!!!!!0 -
definitely. you will feel much better after!0

go. think of the accomplishment you'll feel after you're done! "I did this even though I'm tired and was up with our 3 year old!" You can do it!0

I agree with everyone, go to the gym. Once you get started you will be happy you did.0

Get to the gym, usually it wakes me up!0

Go to the gym! I am on my way in 45 minutes and KNOW that at the end of my one-hour session (Bodyvive at Gold's Gym) I will have the energy I crave to enjoy my day properly. I am almost 59 and love to workout w/those younger than me. I often do a two-hour intense workout depending on offerings. After a while, your body starts to "crave" workouts and missing them will be as bad as missing morning coffee (if you drink it).0

I disagree with the majority!
How about some rest? This is as important to weight loss than working out!
Lack of sleep or being tired or doing too much can also be a reason for being on a plateau.
I personally would go to bed early tonight, get a real good sleep and be totally refreshed for tomorrow's work out :-)

So true, I love going because it's ME time. It's usually all men there at that time and a few older ladies or no ladies at all, small gym. I love being there, thinking to myself that I am some yummy mummy! Biggin' up myself here.
Right so, gym tonight it is. Will dash home and get my gym bag ready before I get the kids. Rice cakes/peanut butter on the menu, followed by protein shake after gym. There had better be some scale victory after this week or there will be hell to pay!!!!!0
