I really loved teh southwestern eggs this morning! it was deff the right way to start off my first day on medifast! the only think I found today that i absolutly HATE today was teh French Vanilla shake! it made me sick to my stomach for a very long time after i had it. Anyone know any good ideas on how to make it better?…

Everyone has such great goals! I agree this time of year seems very hard to keep my motivation up!
