This. Try subbing some of your protein throughout the day with some fat. You won't be eating a whole lot more (volume wise) but your calories will increase. And of course 2 of my 3 favorite things about keto, BulletProof Coffee and Fat Bombs (the third is bacon, of course).

Can confirm. Cream cheese stuffed meatballs are awesome. Made some with ground beef and ground pork. Omitted the jalapeno because my family and I are extremely caucasian. Dipped them in some vodka sauce before serving. Delicious.

The first thing that comes to my mind is to weight the oil in the jug before hand. Then after frying a batch, return the oil to the jug and weigh again. Divide the difference by the number of nuggets you cooked. Have you tried ground up pork rinds instead of bread crumbs?

I have 1 BPC every morning. If the end of the day comes and I need some more fat I grab a fat bomb from the freezer. I make mine with 1 tbs of coconut oil, 1 tbs of unsalted butter and 2 packets of equal. I think the blender is pretty important.
