  • This. Try subbing some of your protein throughout the day with some fat. You won't be eating a whole lot more (volume wise) but your calories will increase. And of course 2 of my 3 favorite things about keto, BulletProof Coffee and Fat Bombs (the third is bacon, of course).
  • Can confirm. Cream cheese stuffed meatballs are awesome. Made some with ground beef and ground pork. Omitted the jalapeno because my family and I are extremely caucasian. Dipped them in some vodka sauce before serving. Delicious.
  • The first thing that comes to my mind is to weight the oil in the jug before hand. Then after frying a batch, return the oil to the jug and weigh again. Divide the difference by the number of nuggets you cooked. Have you tried ground up pork rinds instead of bread crumbs?
