  • I like Bob Harper's Warrior Yoga... it's a great workout. Our NCOIC did it with her son, and he loved it. K might like it. I like doing the dancing ones (Zumba, HipHop, etc.) as well, because it gives a little variety, and being 11 she might like that as well.

  • When you're tempted to eat something "just because" drink a glass of water first, then weight about 5 minutes. If you're still hungry, you'll probably eat less because of the water. It will keep you hydrated, and burning calories every time you have to go to the bathroom ;)
