I am not sure where you live but we get ours from Guaranteed Foods. Lower sodium, precooked and individually packed.

You get higher payouts depending on the odds of losing it. So if you have a higher loss amount in a shorter time then that is a higher payout. Mine is 50 pounds in 6 months. I'm putting $120 in and I'll get $550 out so I am guessing they dont think I'll do it.
-
Yep! I read the reviews and complaints. I went with it too! BTW, if anyone wants to sign up they gave me a referral link where it adds $40 to your pot. If you want it, message me and I'll send it to you! I did one and got additional money to mine as well.

I just made my bet yesterday. I bet to lose 50 pounds in 6 months (right at 1.92 pounds a week). I bet $20 a month and my payout will be $550 so really $430 after you take my bet out. Figure I can use it as a reward for weight I was planning on losing anyway!
-
Good luck! I hope you have an easy recovery. I love mine!

Keep to a lower amount of calories, avoid higher carb foods such as bread, pasta, rice and simple sugars like candy etc. Increase your activity level by at least 500 calories burned.
-
My doctor said the idea is to keep the dosage level in your system constant so as long as you take it 12 hours apart it's fine. I take mine at 7a and 7p as well.
-
Glad to see you are having such promising results!
-
That's awesome!! Great job!
-
That is nuts! I agree with the above poster, can you share your meals. That'll give a lot of insight as to what the issue could be. I saw results the first week. I typically keep my calories between 1300-1450 a day, I am 219 though for what it's worth.
-
Yes that's how I started as well. I lost 12 pounds that first 4 weeks and I've lost 9 more the second 4 weeks. It has just made it easier to make the right choices and eat right. Definitely not a majic pill but makes me not so ravenously hungry anymore.
-
I've been on for 8 weeks. Right before increasing dosage the first few weeks I would get hungry again but it hasn't came back at all since being at maintenance dose. My doc said today that new regulations say that after 3 months you have to take a month off. Anyone heard of this before?
-
I should say that I went to the full dosage about 2 weeks ago and I havent suffered those headaches since.
-
Headaches are very common. I had a strong headache the first week and then for a day or so each time I increased my meds. I suffer from migraines but these headaches never went there. They do go away, or at least mine did.

Good luck! I hope you have great results!!!! I'm not sure the contrave will help since it doesn't actually speed up your body but who knows, maybe it will! It just deals with hunger and cravings which don't seem to be your problem. I'm surprised he didn't give you phentermine to speed you up a bit.

Awesome!!! Great job!

Just had my 4 week appt. I am down 13 pounds, most side effects are gone so he renewed my prescription.
-
You have this! No worries!! Contrave is just to make it easier but you definitely don't need it! Sorry to hear about your side effects. I know my body was stunned each increase in dosage.
-
That's how I have been! Hunger and cravings are gone. Headaches are come and go but I've been really motion sickness. I'm having issues with pooing. Tmi I know but it's true.
-
Exactly. I went from a good 175 to a good 301 then 276 and holding for a couple years. Ouch!!!
-
Yep I had 5 big butt boys lol. Plus I just kept getting bigger with each pregnancy.

I had a tummy tuck. Best decision ever. I have pics of before and after but I am not gonna post em on here. Mine was $7,000 (my surgeon is in Osage Beach, MO). As for recovery, super easy, no issues at all. I have had 5 c-sections so that could be why. I went dancing just 10 days after my tummy tuck. The only part that…

Good luck! I hope it works well for you!

I am on week 3. I take my pills at 7 am and 7 pm. I feel this is the best time for me. I had a headache the first week on it. That has faded. I do have constipation issues. Started taking miralax this week hoping it helps. I only get nauseous when I bump up my dose. I also got a little foggy headed this bump up as well for…
-
How long were you nauseous? I started week 3 today and boy do I feel like crud. I liked the 1 pill twice a day but I dont know about this 2 in the morning.
-
I am week 2 of Contrave, I start week 3 tomorrow. So far I am down 10 pounds. I have a noticeable decrease in appetite (and I am a carb addict with a large appetite) and a noticeable decrease in cravings. I did have a headache for the first week and am not battling some constipation, gonna add miralax tonite. Overall, I…

I use the alta. It doesnt get all my steps, if I am walking slow then it doesnt count them. Also for me my alta actually gives me less calories then MFP based on burns and daily activity. I do like the hourly reminders to get up and move and I know it helps me be more active during my day.
-
Definitely me. Same story and I did leave my husband. Stupid stupid. Oh you bet it was fun for awhile. But you know what? My ex husband and I made it through 12 years together and have some amazing kids. Compatibility on that level is not something that is found every day and available with everyone you meet. Attraction is…

When are you planning on starting? I am actually going to start training for a half marathon in April (stretch goal) but will be using the couch to app to do it. So even though my ultimate distance is longer I will be starting at the same place. I havent ran, really ran in a year.
-
I had a tummy tuck in March of last year. Love my new flat tummy! Mine was about $7,000, there were cheaper options but I wanted a decent looking scar. One thing I learned through the process is that if you have stretch marks above your belly button then most likely the skin in that area no longer stretches. So, if you…
