U can rent alot of decent dvds from the library for £2 & they even do some exercise ones too. Recently i've enjoyed Rise of the Planet of the Apes & also Arthur or Get him to the Greek are both FUNNY films. The last one u cld defo buy for under a fiver. Lol I love my equipment, wish I had more room to put more stuff. I have quite a few DVDs & wii games inc Zumba2 & personal trainer, elliptical trainer, 2 sets weights, twister, mat, trampette, Swiss balls, bands errm, I really want sandbag & dip station too but I do workout at home mostly...Anyone else workout at home?

Hey mfps. I love Bodyrock & want to start the 30 day challenge but haven't got an interval trainer, equalizer (dipping station) or a sandbag. I cld use my dumbells in place of the sandbag & phone for interval timer (or maybe buy one) but HOW can u replace the equalizer?? Wot do u use instead? I wld think about getting one…

Got some Puma ystdy. They were on sale for £18. Just tested them with some circuit training dvds & they are so flexible & grippy, complete opposite to my Nike runners. I'm pleased :o) Thank u so much for ur help x

I just started with protein powder & had the same thing, orrible! It was bad mixed with milk & even worse with just water. Today i added a tiny bit of golden syrup to the powder & half as much milk & it was really nice. Has anyone got any better alternatives?

Thanx for that. This is my problem area (that & the tum). I'm working hard to tone them up. I have lost as much weight as i want but am left with these flabby areas. It's weird how fat loss is not equal all over - my top half is skinny, i just need to get everything to match up, easier said than done!

Hello gang :o) Thats what im doin increase cals 100 at a time. I'm only just getting over the scariness of it after eating so few cals for months all of a sudden i'm not focusing on the cals so much as the protein at the min. Did anyone else sind it a bit scary at first?

I forgot to say - i reckon i go at a moderate-fast pace. At 20kph mod & 25kph fairly fast. Does this sounds right?? I have nothing to go on bcos i dnt go 2 the gym only train at home. Hellp!

Thats what i did too. Can only see how it goes. I'ive lost over 3 stone in about 3 mnths like this with the help of mfp. I feel ok & i'm sure it can't be as high sodium intake as before (all those crisps etc cldn't have been good lol). Good luck x

Hi, My eliptical trainer has got a heartrate monitor where u have to put ur hands on metal pads & it works out calories burned - prob is after 2 mins my hands are sweaty & it doesn't pick it up properly! I love WW food & its really working for me. Most dinners are WW meal & salad/veg & WW dessert. I love the WW yoghurts at lunch too with soup or sandwich.
